Selam currently serves as the Policy and Learning Coordinator for the Regional Durable Solutions Secretariat (ReDSS) in Ethiopia. Before joining ReDSS, Selam held the position of project manager in the Urban Refugee Programme at ZOA Ethiopia. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Humanitarian Aid Operations from Oxford Brooks University in the UK, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Social Anthropology from Unity University, Addis Ababa.
