Displaced populations and urban poor no longer left behind

The Somalia Durable Solutions Initiative has made important progress, but impact on the lives of the huge number of IDPs has been limited. More than three years since the launch of the Initiative in 2016, the time has come to look into ways to scale up efforts to improve the lives of marginalized IDPs, returning Somali refugees and their hosts, and ultimately find durable solutions ending their displacement and allowing them to (re-)integrate into main-stream society.
