Francis Mutua

Francis is the Communications and Learning Coordinator at the Regional Durable Solutions Secretariat (ReDSS) in Nairobi. With 14 years of experience spanning the humanitarian, development, and health sectors across East, Horn, Great Lakes, and Southern Africa, he drives impactful storytelling, research dissemination, and capacity development. At ReDSS, Francis oversees research and policy publishing, manages digital channels, and designs key e-learning courses on social capital and durable solutions. His work directly supports the organization’s durable solutions capacity development initiatives, equipping practitioners with essential tools and strategies.
